How to use Aatmann Jasmine Essential Oil to promote compassion, emotional healing, and well-being-
Aromatherapy: Add a few drops to a diffuser, steamer or humidifier.
Topical Application: Dilute with Aatmann Carrier oil before you apply or massage it onto the skin; add to your bucket or tub of bathwater.
Inhalation: Place a drop or two of essential oil on a cotton ball or handkerchief and inhale.
Do not use it directly on the skin. For external use only. Not meant to replace any prescribed medication or clinical diagnosis.
