Exchange and Refund Policy

EXCHANGES

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We will not entertain any requests for exchange after 3 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.

No cancellations are accepted once the order has been placed.

Before making any request for an exchange kindly note that we shall process the request only under the following circumstances:

-If the supplied product has a manufacturing defect.
-The product delivered is different from the product ordered.
-The product delivered is damaged in transit.

Note:
-The product must be unopened or unused
-The customer must return the product in the same original packing along with any free gifts sent with that order. The original packing must not have been broken or soiled.
-The customer must submit a receipt of the product purchased as well as pictures of the delivered product.
-Any exchange of the product will be for the same product or products of higher value.

The customer shall not be eligible for exchange under the following circumstances:

-Items that are specified as "non-exchangeable" or “non-refundable” will not be exchanged.
-In case there is a free gift sent with the order, it will not be eligible for exchange.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions via email, and the return will be picked up from the address from where it was originally delivered. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All consumables once opened or requested beyond our 3-day exchange policy are not eligible for return & refund.
Products perceived by customers as “near expiry” or “inferior”, however, well within the consumable period will not be eligible for refund or return either.
Quality complaints regarding products will be eligible for refunds subject to them failing quality checks at our end.
If approved, only the charged price of the product will be refunded and no other charges.
The customer must submit a receipt of the product purchased as well as pictures of the delivered product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions via email, and the return will be picked up from the address from where it was originally delivered. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-21 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
